Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2015, has declared a first interim dividend of Rs. 4/- (Rupees four only) per equity share of Re.1/- (face value) on the expanded capital base post the bonus issue for the financial year 2015 -2016.<BR><BR>Further note that the above interim dividend declared by the Board will be paid on November 26, 2015.
