| Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed June 20, 2014 as the CUT-OFF DATE to ascertain the shareholders eligible to cast their vote electronically on all the resolutions of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The same cut-off date on June 20, 2014 would also ascertain the shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically, wish to cast their vote at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 25, 2014 at Shri Bhaidas Maganlal Sabhagriha, Swami Bhaktivedanta Marg, J.V.P.D.
