| Commex Technology Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- Adoption of un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015<BR><BR>As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Designated Employees, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended as on December 31, 2015 for all Designated Persons of the Company and their dependents from February 10, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges i.e. the date of the Board Meeting of the Company which will be held on February 13, 2016. | |
