This is to inform that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company i.e. Corporate Courier and Cargo Limited shall remain closed from 01st April, 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the dissemination of the Audited financial results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter and Financial Year ending on 31stMarch, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ending on 31stMarch, 2023 shall be intimated separately.
