Board has approved diversification of companys business into<br/><br/>a. Medical Diagnostic Equipments and other advanced diagnostic tests<br/>b. Nature cure and Wellness<br/>c. Hospitality<br/><br/>2. Board has accorded approval for change of objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to cover new areas of business.
