Corporation Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 16, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any.<BR><BR>In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from May 11, 2015 to May 17, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all designated employees, Director and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank.
