CORPORATION BANK - Issue of Basel III Compliant Additional Tier-I Bonds (Series I)

With reference to the earlier letter dated January 20, 2015 and February 05, 2015 informing the extension in period being made for raising of the Additional Tier -1 Bonds, Corporation Bank has now informed BSE that the Bank has raised the full amount of Rs. 500 Crores of the Basel III Compliant Additional Tier-I Bonds (Series I) and the same has been allotted by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of the Bank on February 09, 2015. The Bonds have been credited to the respective applicants accounts in demat mode to their respective Client IDs on February 10, 2015.
