CORPORATION BANK - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Corporation Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 24, 2015 to June 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on June 29, 2015 and the despatch of the physical dividend warrants will be done on July 06, 2015 onwards, if declared in the Annual General Meeting.
