CORPORATION BANK - Board recommends Dividend

Corporation Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 16, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.40 (Rupee one and paise forty only) per share of Rs. 2/- each for the year 2014-15 subject to declaration of the same by the shareholders of the Bank in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
