| Corporation Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on June 26, 2014, has resolved to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Bank on August 25, 2014 to transact the following business:<br/><br/>1. Election of three directors from amongst the shareholders of the Bank other than the Central Government And<br/><br/>2. To issue fresh Equity Shares to the Employees of the Bank under Corporation Bank Employees Stock Purchase Scheme - 2014 (ESPS) subject to regulatory compliances.<br/><br/>July 29, 2014 has been fixed as the Record/Cut-off date to take an account the names of the shareholders entitled to participate in the Election, i.e. to nominate, contest and vote for election of three Shareholder Directors and to vote on the second item of the Business of the meeting as above. | |
