Corporation Bank has informed BSE that the Bank is providing E-Voting facility to its shareholders for exercising their right to vote on the resolutions during the ensuing Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to take place on August 25, 2014. The E-Voting shall remain open from August 18, 2014 (10.a.m.) to August 20, 2014 (5.00.p.m) In this regard; the Bank has published a notice in the newspapers on August 12, 2014, for the information of shareholders.
