Crest Animation Studios Ltd has informed BSE that due to certain reasons beyond the scope and control of the Company, the 2nd Quarter and 1st Half-yearly accounts of the Company have not been drawn-up, considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.<br/><br/>Efforts are on to draw-up the accounts and get it approved by the Board in quick time. The Company will keep informed the Stock Exchanges of developments in this regard.<br/><br/>In the circumstances the Board Meeting stands scheduled for November 21, 2013 stands adjourned till further notice.
