The Exchange had sought clarification from the company with respect to the media report "The company sells Kanjurmarg land parcel for Rs. 1015 crs. to Runwal Group of 35 Acres."<br/><br/>Crompton Greaves Ltd has replied as under:<br/><br/>"The news is speculative. As informed earlier also, no agreement for sale of Kanjur land has been approved by the Board. Upon any such approval, appropriate disclosures in terms of the requirement of the listing agreement shall be made by the Company."
