With reference to the letter dated October 08, 2014, announcing that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on October 16, 2014 for taking on record, the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2014, as well as for declaration of an interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15, Crompton Greaves Ltd has now informed BSE that at the aforesaid Board Meeting, the Board will also consider the scheme of demerger of the Consumer Products business unit.
