With reference to the earlier letter dated May 28, 2015, Cummins India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has completed acquisition of the remaining shares and Cummins Svam Sales & Service Private Limited has become wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, effective October 01, 2015.
