| Cyient Ltd has informed BSE that the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on July 17, 2014 and the notice for the same is being issued separately.<br/><br/>In terms of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20(3) (vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, the Company has fixed June 20, 2014 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their votes electronically at the said AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules thereunder.<br/><br/>Consequently, the same cut-off date, i.e., 20 June 2014 would record entitlement of the shareholders who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote at the AGM on July 17, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company would be availing e-Voting Services of Karvy Computershare Private Limited. | |
