With reference to the earlier letter dated January 17, 2017 regarding the closure of trading window under the Insider Trading Policy, Cyient Ltd has now informed BSE that the trading window closure has been extended till January 25, 2017. Effectively, the revised trading window closure period is from January 18, 2017 to January 25, 2017 (both days inclusive).
