Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 15, 2015, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2014-15 to be paid to all the eligible shareholders on February 07, 2015 (payment date).
