Corp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of D. B. Corp Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code shall remain closed from May 01, 2015 till the expiry of 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2015. | |
