D. B. Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, <BR>has declared a One-time Special Dividend of Rs. 3.25 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2015-16 to be paid to all the eligible shareholders on March 29, 2016 (payment date).<BR><BR>Furher note that the said Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 2.25 p.m.
