Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2016, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year <BR>2015-16 to be paid to all the eligible shareholders on February 12, 2016 (payment date).
