With reference to the news item appearing in the news channel regarding "D B Realty to hold majority stake and Godrej to hold 45% and to build Bandra East Redevelopment project from MHADA", D B Realty Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"1. The Company has not carried any negotiation with Godrej Properties and the news item is in the realm of speculation.<br/><br/>2. We are not aware of any information that has not been communicated to the Stock Exchanges, which could explain the movement in trading prices."
