| Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 29, 2016, inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from January 19, 2016 to January 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
