DCM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, <br/>has declared interim dividend @ 15% on paid up equity capital of the Company (Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the year ending March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The said interim dividend will be paid within prescribed time period of 30 days i.e. on or before December 14, 2014.
