DCW Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Companys code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 18, 2016 till completion of 48 hours after the audited financial results are made public.
