DCX Systems Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR'), we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of DCX Systems Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. Further, in terms of Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in the securities of the Company, which was closed from Monday, April 01, 2024 and shall remain closed until Saturday, May 18, 2024.
