Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider & approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 20, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive).
