With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 29, 2014 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting Delta Corp Ltd has now informed BSE that while intimating about Outcome of Board Meeting held on July 28, 2014, Point No. 2 of the said outcome, by omission, the name of Mr. Prakash Chhabria, who was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company, was not included in the said outcome intimation.
