In continuation to the letter dated October 28, 2014 regarding a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 10, 2014 to consider and take on record, inter alia, the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results for the Second quarter/ Half year ended September 30, 2014, Dena Bank has now informed BSE that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in Banks shares shall remain closed from November 05, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting for the Directors/ Designated Employees and Statutory Central Auditors of the Bank and will be reopened on November 12, 2014.
