Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as notified by SEBI on January 15, 2015, the Company has formulated "DHFL Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" and "DHFL Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" respectively, the approval for which has been accorded by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015 and the same shall become effective from May 15, 2015.
