Further to our letter no. DHFL/CSD/2017-18/827 dated 21st July, 2017 sent earlier today, we wish to inform you that post Annual General Meeting of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company at its adjourned meeting, held on Friday, July 21, 2017, which commenced at 1.45 p.m. and concluded at 2.10 p.m., inter-alia, approved issuance of the following securities from time to time depending upon the prevailing market conditions and business requirements of the Company, which shall be in line with the Company's Policy for Private Placement of Non-Convertible Debentures:<BR> <BR> a. Non-Convertible Secured/Unsecured Debentures, upto an amount of Rs.7,500 cr, <BR> b. Non-Convertible Subordinated Unsecured Debentures, upto an amount of Rs. 500 cr, <BR> c. Non-Convertible Perpetual Unsecured Debentures, upto an amount of Rs. 500 cr.<BR> <BR> <BR>
