With reference to the earlier letter dated August 07, 2015, wherein the Company had informed that the necessary approvals in respect of the above transaction have been received from Securities and Exchange Board of India and Competition Commission of India, Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has on August 11, 2015, acquired 50% (Fifty Percent) equity stake in Pramerica Asset Managers Private Limited (PAMC), the asset management company of Pramerica Mutual Fund; and (ii) Pramerica Trustees Private Limited (PTC), the trustee for the Pramerica Mutual Fund, from PGLH of Delaware Inc. (Prudential). Accordingly, PAMC and PTC have become joint venture entities of Prudential and DHFL.
