| Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companies Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for trading in the Companys equity shares by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain close for the period from July 17, 2014 to July 25, 2014 (both days inclusive). | |
