Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Company proposes to issue 130 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures with a face value of Rs. 10/- lakh each aggregating to Rs. 13 Crore on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 31st Annual General Meeting held on July 23, 2015, on the terms and conditions as mentioned.
