Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2015, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 of Rs. 3/- per share i.e. 30% on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up on the enlarge post Bonus Issue Capital.
