DFM Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2016 for the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider the accounts and recommendation of dividend on the equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 27, 2016 till May 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the above mentioned Board meeting.
