Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2015 to consider and approve Annual Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the Year ended March 31, 2015. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
