This is to inform you that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited shall remain closed from Friday, 19TH day of May, 2017 2017 to Friday, 26th day of May, 2017 (both days inclusive) as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 25th day of May, 2017 to consider and approve inter alia Annual Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
