| Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that Finance Sub Committee of the Directors in its meeting held on March 30, 2015 have allotted 15 Lacs Equity Shares to Saraswati Properties Limited consequent upon exercise of conversion option of Equity Warrants @ Rs. 33 per equity shares by the aforesaid Equity Warrant holder, issued and allotted in terms of shareholders meeting held on March 26, 2014 under Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009. | |
