Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the shares of Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited shall remain closed from February 03, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) as the Board meeting is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017 to consider and approve inter alia Un-Audited Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
