Appointment of Ms. Nandita Chaturvedi as lndependent Woman Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. ln- Principle approval for initial investment to the tune of Rs. 200 lacs in one or more venture (s), collaboration or otherwise in the field of Sugar, Power and Chemical sector by the Company.
