Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been called on May 25, 2017 interalia, to transact the following businesses:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve Annual Standalone Financial Results and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend payment of dividend on Equity Share Capital.<BR><BR>3. To consider and recommend payment of commission to Non- Executive Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>4. To consider raising of Funds by way of Debt Instrument.<BR><BR>5. to consider and fix date of next Annual General Meeting and to approve notice for the same.
