With reference to the earlier Notice of Board Meeting dated February 06, 2017 about the ensuing Board Meeting fixed on February 14, 2017 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31 2016 and other matters, Dhanada Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that as per Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading of Dhanada Corporation Limited and SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities will remain closed from February 10, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) for directors, promoters, officers, substantial shareholders, employees of the Company and their immediate relatives.
