Dhanus Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2013, inter alia, to consider and approve the extension of the Company's accounting year which ended on December 31, 2012 by 3 months (i.e., upto March 31, 2013) in light of the Companies Bill, 2012 passed in the Lok Sabha making it mandatory for all companies to have an uniform accounting year from April to March.
