| Diamant Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors will be held on May 30, 2016, for consider & approve Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Listing Agreement and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive] in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 to consider audited Results of the Company. The trading window shall open for trading on May 31, 2016. | |
