Digjam Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the period ended March 31, 2016.<BR> <BR>It may be recalled that under Scheme of Amalgamation, erstwhile Digjam Limited has amalgamated into the Company and the Equity Shares of the Company are in the process of being listed.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys Code under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for transacting in Company's shares will remain closed with effect from May 11, 2016 to May 20, 2016 (both days inclusive).
