Digjam Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with the Companys code under SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for transacting in Companys shares will remain closed with effect from October 22, 2014 to November 11, 2014 (both days inclusive).
