Dil Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors of the Company has unanimously resolved to re-appoint Mr. Krishna Datla as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 (three) years commencing from May 09, 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Due to advanced age and health reason(s), the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the request from Mr. G. G. Desai to retire as Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company effective from February 14, 2015.<BR><BR>Recognising Mr. Desai's long-standing contribution to the Company and in order to continue to benefit from his extensive knowledge and experience, the Board of Directors has unanimously resolved to designate him as 'Chairman Emeritus' with effect from February 14, 2015.<BR><BR>3. The Board of Directors of the Company unanimously resolved to appoint Mr. Sanjay Buch, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, as the Chairman [Non-Executive Independent] of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from February 14, 2015.
