We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2017 has:<BR> <BR> (a) approved the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 (Standalone and consolidated as enclosed);<BR> <BR> (b) the Board has agreed to consider and submit consolidated financial results effective from quarter ended June 30, 2017, for the financial year 2017-18.<BR> <BR> We are enclosing herewith Limited Review Reports dated September 14, 2017 (along with Consolidated and Standalone un-audited financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017) issued by SRBC & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record.<BR> <BR> The Board meeting commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 6:20 p.m.
