Disa India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Final Dividend @ Rs. 2.50 per Share on 15,10,205 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10 /- each, aggregating to Rs. 37,75,512.50/- for the financial year 2015-16 was recommended.<BR><BR>The Meeting commenced at 02:00 PM and concluded at 06:30 PM.
